Yes. All original steering wheel controls remain fully functional, including the horn, paddle shifters, multimedia buttons, cruise control, and any other factory controls. Our wheels are direct fitment with no adapters or rewiring required.

Will my airbag still work?

Yes. Your factory OEM airbag remains fully functional with our wheels. We also offer customisable airbag covers (Smooth Leather, Alcantara, or Carbon Fiber) as an add-on so your airbag cover matches the rest of your wheel.

What if my vehicle isn't listed?

Reach out via our Contact page and let us know your make, model, and year. We handle fully bespoke builds for vehicles outside our standard lineup, including non-standard diameters and unique fitments.

Do I need a professional to install it?

At SteeringMod we're big advocates of DIY. However, for safety concerns we strongly recommend installation by a qualified automotive technician.

How long does production take?

Each wheel is built to order. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for production. We don't rush the craft. You'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking once your wheel ships.

Is express production available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer Priority Build as an add-on at checkout for $49.99. This moves your order to the front of the production queue, significantly reducing your build time. You can add it from your cart before checking out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of production completion. A signature is required on delivery.

Italian leather and premium Alcantara, hand-stitched by skilled craftsmen. Carbon fibre sourced from Japan & Taiwan. Every wheel is built on an OEM wheel core for perfect factory fitment and an OEM+ feel, then quality-checked before dispatch.

How do I care for my steering wheel?

Use a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft horsehair brush for Alcantara and leather surfaces. Avoid harsh solvents or alcohol-based cleaners. Carbon fibre surfaces can be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Do you accept returns?

Because every wheel is custom-built to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your wheel arrives damaged or differs from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All wheels carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers stitching, hardware, and structural integrity under normal use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.

No. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.

Can I change my order after placing it?
